Of course we strive to fulfill each order promptly and accurately, but we’re only human. If you find that we’ve provided a product to you that clearly has a manufacturing defect, is misprinted, or otherwise arrived damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (and certainly within our 28 day return policy), and we will make it right.
Since we’re still a small undertaking, we’re currently unable to accept returns for products ordered in the wrong size, or due to buyer’s remorse. Just kidding, nobody regrets buying Swiftchase swag. No but seriously, please ensure you’re ordering the correct size and check out with the items in the cart you actually want to purchase. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged (just not if you broke them).
If you’ve already submitted an order and noticed a mistake, please get in touch with us right away, before we begin processing your order. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, after which the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
